We are the only plastics processor in the Netherlands with an SP3000 laser cutting machine. This machine has a working area of 2210 x 3210 mm. This allows us to process sheet material in trade length without cutting it to size first, saving our customers costs.
The SP3000 is designed to work quickly and reliably 24 hours a day. It can be used to cut various products, such as displays, architectural models, and store fixtures.
We have three BRM 130250 machines with a working area of 1300 x 2500 mm. It’s an open-bed laser cutter with plenty of workspace, making it suitable for large sheets used by production companies and plastics processors. BRM is a Dutch manufacturer of laser cutters we enjoy working with.
Our largest BRM is the BRM 150300, with a working area of 1500 x 3000 mm. Its large size makes it ideal for expanding our production capacity. This machine offers plenty of workspace, enabling optimal material use and minimal cutting waste saving us and you significant costs.
The Speedy300 from Trotec is a laser machine we use for extremely precise components. In addition to laser cutting, it can engrave or mark plastic semi-finished products. With a working area of 726 x 423 mm, it operates up to eight times faster than other cutters, automatically adjusting cutting speed for the material to ensure accurate contours and high productivity ideal for thin materials like foils and vector marking.
The SP1500 laser machine from Trotec has a working area of 1500 x 1250 mm. It is perfect for laser cutting, engraving, and/or marking large plastic semi-finished products up to 20 mm thick. The SP1500 combines maximum productivity and user-friendliness in a large-format laser cutter.
The R500 Rayjet laser machine has a working area of 1300 x 900 mm and features revolutionary dual-source technology: a DC CO2 laser and a CeramiCore RF CO2 laser. This enables combined processing, offering us — and our clients great design freedom!
